We will gladly take the necessary measures to ensure that payments are made on time. Once you have provided us with the direct debit authorisation, we will debit the invoice amount from your account minus a 2% discount three days after we have issued the invoice. Direct debit can currently be used as a payment method in Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands.

For orders placed in the online shop, we accept the following debit cards for the following countries:

• Carte Bleue (France)
• Postpay (Italy)
• ServiRed (Spain)

Debit card payments are subject to a 1% fee.

The goods will be shipped as soon as your card has been successfully charged. Any refunds as a result of returns will be credited to your card account (please also see ‘Complaints & Returns’).

Please note that your debit card must still be valid for at least 30 days.

Pay conveniently on account within 30 days of receiving your goods. No discount available.

Please transfer the invoice amount to one of our accounts upon receipt of our pro-forma invoice.

Once payment has been received, your item will be shipped immediately. Please note that, depending on the financial institution, it may take 2 – 4 working days for your payment to be credited to our account.

Please enter your order number and customer number in the ‘reason for payment’ field when transferring the payment.

Our accounts receivables are credit insured in full by EULER HERMES. If you do not pay your debts within the agreed payment term, we are contractually obliged to pass overdue accounts receivables to a debt collection agency.

We therefore ask that you save both yourselves and us additional costs and effort by settling your debts within the agreed payment term.
