Quick and reliable delivery
Delivery time within Germany is 1 to 2 days from Monday to Friday and 2 to 5 days in other EU countries, depending on the carrier, country and region. The exact delivery time is provided to you upon purchase.
Orders with a net goods value of €1,000 or more are subject to a €15 charge for the creation of the customs declaration. Standard shipping of parcels and pallets is carried out by our service providers in accordance with Incoterms DAP (Delivered at place). We shall invoice you for the costs of the customs clearance process. The service provider or the responsible customs office shall invoice you for any customs duties and taxes incurred on the ordered products. Your sales representative can be consulted for individual arrangements concerning the use of other Incoterms.
We have been granted ‘approved exporter’ customs status and as such are not required to issue a EUR.1 movement certificate. Appropriate reference is made to this on your customs invoice.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link that can be used to track your package. You can also view your orders whenever you like in the ‘My account’ section in the online shop.
Of course, it is also possible for you to collect your goods yourself.
Opening times for collection of goods:
Monday to Thursday: 8.00 a.m.–12 noon & 1.00 p.m.–4.00 p.m.
Friday: 8.00 a.m.–12:00 noon & 1.00–3.00 p.m.
You will receive an email (delivery note) from us as soon as your goods are ready for collection.
Shipping and service costs
Our parcel shipments from UPS and DPD are sent exclusively as “carbon neutral”. Our shipping partners undertake emissions offsets to compensate for the carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions generated by the shipment, e.g. by supporting climate and environmental protection projects. In addition, UPS is switching 40% of its vehicles to electric vehicles by 2030, while DPD is switching to 50% electric vehicles by 2025.
The exact shipping costs shall be calculated and shown to you upon purchase based on the products in the shopping cart. Our shipping costs for standard and express deliveries are calculated per shipment, regardless of the number of packages.
Later deliveries of out-of-stock merchandise shall be provided without additional shipping charges. This does not apply to non-standard stock items such as bulky goods, 4 m aluminium sheets, wooden & PP panels and products which are consequently specifically ordered for the customer. These items are duly labelled in the online shop.
Surcharges and service costs may also be applicable:
€6.50/100 linear metres for cutting aluminium from 4 m to 2 m pieces.
€20 for wooden panels, plastic sheets and bulky goods (items are labelled in the online shop) €10 for foam
Depending on the payment method selected, delivery charges for the payment method or delivery charges, such as COD charges, may apply. These differ for parcel and freight deliveries and are separately itemised on the order confirmation.
Orders with a net goods value of less than €100 are subject to a minimum quantity surcharge of €10.
If our carrier company makes a wasted journey, where it is not possible to deliver the goods to the recipient, the redelivery may incur additional delivery charges, which will be passed on to you once the case has been reviewed. These additional delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
€20 shall be charged for the preparation of the ATR certificate.
If a customer requires a certificate of origin, €20 will be charged for its creation.
