Description
Experience the perfect light – wherever needed. The CAMEO UNISENS is a versatile, mobile device that precisely detects ambient light and outputs the measured values directly via DMX. Its well-thought-out design means it is ideally equipped for use in a wide range of conditions. The robust IP65 aluminium housing offers protection against dust and water, while a mounting loop and a 1/4-inch mounting thread on the back offer the highest degree of flexibility. The backlit button makes it easy to operate the device. In addition, the UNISENS has five-pin XLR inputs and outputs to ensure seamless connections and can be charged via USB-C.
The UNISENS can be used in combination with the UNICON as a simple measuring tool. It serves as a display device for the data recorded by UNISENS on ambient light. It transmits precise values such as illuminance in lux, x and y colour coordinates, colour temperature in Kelvin, the allocation distance duv, PWM frequency, duty cycle, ambient temperature, and remaining battery life. The battery charge status and remaining operating time can be read at any time, and the battery lasts for 20 hours on a full charge. Alternatively, the device can also be permanently connected to the power supply to ensure continuous operation.
The UNISENS is more than just a light sensor – it records precise data on the ambient lighting and integrates it seamlessly into the lighting design. As such, it is indispensable tool for film and TV productions because it helps to perfectly recreate natural light conditions no matter the location.
